1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to The Green Game, a loyalty rewards application operated by Coffeeshop The Greengrocers, located at Lange Veerstraat 47, 2011 DA Haarlem, The Netherlands. By accessing or using The Green Game application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The Green Game is operated by Coffeeshop The Greengrocers
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use this application
2. Account Registration
To use The Green Game, you must create an account. Registration requires a valid QR code provided by Coffeeshop The Greengrocers.
- Registration is only possible with a valid QR code from our establishment
- You must provide your date of birth for age verification (18+ required)
3. Sugar Points System
The Green Game features a virtual points system called 'Sugar' that allows you to earn rewards.
- Sugar points can be earned through various activities including daily claims, check-ins, and completing the app walkthrough
- Daily sugar claims are available on a timer-based system (typically every 3 hours)
- Sugar points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
4. Goodie Bag Rewards
Sugar points can be redeemed for Goodie Bag rewards, which are physical items available at our establishment.
- To claim a Goodie Bag, you must present the QR code shown in the app at our physical location
- Staff will scan your QR code to verify and complete the redemption
5. Smoke Spots Feature
The Smoke Spots feature allows users to create and share community locations on a map.
- You may create smoke spots by providing a name, location, category tag, and optional photo
- All new smoke spots require approval before appearing publicly on the map
- New spots must be at least 50 meters from existing approved spots
6. Leaderboard & Gamification
Users are ranked based on combined activity scores (spots created + check-ins). Top users receive tier designations: High Flyer (1st), Nose Fire (2nd), Smoking Bud (3rd).
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect personal data including email, nickname, birth date, and usage data. Location data is collected when using Smoke Spots features. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
